At ZWIFLY Industry Link, we bridge academia and industry to provide students with transformative global learning experiences. As a demonstration of our impact, we launched a pilot initiative at The College of the Holy Cross, a prestigious private institution in Massachusetts. Over a ten-day period, our advertisement attracted 41 applicants, from which we selected five outstanding students to participate in an exclusive, research-driven opportunity.

These students were connected with our affiliate, Motor Fairy Tales, a Milan-based research company specializing in early childhood motor development. This partnership provided invaluable exposure to students pursuing psychology, cognitive science, sports sciences, management, and entrepreneurship, offering them real-world experience in a global research environment.

Additionally, we expanded our initiative to six high school students from Thayer Academy (Braintree, MA), who engaged in research collaborations under the mentorship of international experts. These students completed projects aligned with college-level developmental research methods courses, providing them with a significant academic advantage.

Furthermore, we worked with a Howard University graduate taking a gap year. Seeking relevant experience in neuroscience and child development, she leveraged our global network to gain hands-on, research-based training before advancing her career.
