Our STORY
Our global experiences inspired us to redefine the future of education and industry collaboration. We bridge the gap between students, academic institutions, and companies, delivering strategic solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
MIND the GAP℠: Innovative pathways beyond the traditional college route, equipping students with real-world experience and global connections. This initiative focuses on bridging educational gaps and providing learners with opportunities that extend beyond conventional classroom settings. By incorporating internships, international experiences, and mentorship programs, students gain meaningful exposure to diverse industries and cultures.
Make the Trade℠: Optimize resources by facilitating faculty trades, streamlining operations, and enhancing efficiency and outcomes. This program promotes collaboration among educational institutions, allowing faculty members to share expertise and best practices. The result is a more efficient educational system that maximizes available resources and fosters innovative teaching methodologies.
Dean on Demand℠: Flexible administrative solutions reduce overhead costs, support department mergers, and deliver data insights that traditional leadership may overlook. By providing on-demand administrative support, this initiative enables institutions to adapt swiftly to changing educational landscapes, ensuring sustainable growth and improved student outcomes.
Make the Draft℠: Locate the best talent from Germany to the US and the US to Germany. This project focuses on bridging talent across borders, creating opportunities for students and professionals to connect with leading organizations in their field. By facilitating recruitment and collaboration, this initiative fosters a global workforce equipped to tackle the challenges of the future.
About the Founders
Dr. Tricia (Striano) Skoler is an award winning scientists; she published over 100 research papers on cognitive development and neuroscience. She was research group leader at the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology and the recipient of the prestigious Sofja Kovalevskaja Award of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation in Germany. With this prize, she founded the Neuro-cognition & Development Research Division at the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences and University of Leipzig, Center for Advanced Studies. As a college professor, she often noticed that traditional students (and especially first generation students) were not making connections outside of the classroom. Together with Markus Lemmens she founded ZWIFLY® to solve this problem.
Dr. Markus Lemmens is a serial entrepreneur, CEO and co-owner of Lemmens GmbH Education. He is founder of Edutron, an algorithm-based matching tool for higher and continuous education, and Atlantik Trading, dedicated to helping scientists and researchers commercialize their work. Lemmens served as the North American liaison officer for several European Universities including Karlsruhe Institute of Techology, University of Freiburg and University Basal. Lemmen’s message is LINK KNOWLEDGE, CREATE VALUE while COMBINING SCIENCE, HUMANITIES & BUSINESS.
